Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy:

• I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and if you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly request at least 24 hours advance notice.
• Cancellations made with less than the specified notice period may result in disruption to our schedule and inconvenience to other clients.
• To help me maintain my high standards of service, appointments canceled with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling Policy:

• Neon Bimbo is committed to accommodating appointment rescheduling requests whenever possible.
• If you need to reschedule your appointment, I request that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice.
• This allows me to offer the vacated appointment slot to other clients seeking my services.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees:

• Appointments cancelled with less than the specified notice period or clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee or a no-show fee of 50% of service.
• Neon Bimbo believe in fairness to both my clients and my business. These fees help compensate for the time and resources allocated to your appointment.

Refunds for extension installation:

• Refunds for hair extensions services are only granted if issues arise directly from our installation technique. Clients experiencing problems unrelated to installation are entitled to a complimentary removal service but not a refund for the installation.
• Proper maintenance is the responsibility of the client, and failure to adhere to guidelines may void eligibility for a refund.
• Refunds are provided at the discretion of Neon Bimbo and are contingent upon the findings of our assessment process. Please note that eligibility for a refund requires an in-person assessment of the installation.

Communicating Cancellations or Rescheduling:

• To ensure accurate and timely processing of your cancellation or rescheduling request, please contact Neon Bimbo directly through SMS, Phone or Email.
• SMS, Voicemail or Email messages left outside of our regular business hours will be considered as received on the next business day.

Exceptions:

• I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions to the cancellation and rescheduling policy on a case-by-case basis.
• If you encounter such circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Prepaid Services:

• If you have prepaid for a hair styling service and find yourself unable to keep the appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. I appreciate your cooperation in providing advance notice.
• Depending on the circumstances, prepaid services will be credited toward a future appointment.

Service Modifications:

• I understand that hair styling preferences may change or you may have specific requests. If you would like to modify any details of your appointment, such as the style or length, please let me know in advance.
• I will do my best to accommodate your requests, and any additional charges for modifications will be communicated to you in a transparent manner.

Liability Waiver:

You agree with the following statements:

• I understand that a thorough consultation will be conducted prior to the hair service to discuss my desired hairstyle, preferences, and any concerns or allergies I may have.
• I understand that the application process may involve risks, including but not limited to cuts, nicks, skin irritations, or allergic reactions.
• I am aware that the service results may vary based on factors such as hair texture, thickness, and individual hair characteristics.
• I understand that Neon Bimbo will make reasonable efforts to meet my desired outcome, but they cannot guarantee specific results.
• I acknowledge that proper maintenance and care of my hair between salon visits is crucial to achieving and maintaining the desired hairstyle.
• I agree to follow any home care instructions provided by Neon Bimbo to ensure the longevity and health of my hair.
• I release Neon Bimbo, from any accountability for damage that may occur to my extensions due to lack of care and maintenance, and agree I will follow the correct aftercare instruction.
• I understand that I am solely responsible for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided to Neon Bimbo regarding my hair history, including any past chemical treatments, allergies, or sensitivities.
• I grant Neon Bimbo permission to take photographs or videos of my hair before, during, and after the hair cutting service for promotional purposes, both online and offline, unless otherwise specified in writing.
• I understand that my identity may be concealed or my name may be changed to ensure anonymity if requested.
• I acknowledge that Neon Bimbo has a cancellation and no-show policy, and I agree to adhere to the stated terms and conditions.
• I understand the payment terms and agree to pay the agreed-upon amount for the hair service.
• I acknowledge that refunds or credits are subject to the policies and discretion of Neon Bimbo
